- I have been working in the mental health field helping people since 2009 and have been fully licensed since 2012
- My therapeutic experience spans various mental health settings providing therapy for adolescents and adults
- I have served those experiencing a variety of conditions but specialize in depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma

Spending time with family and friends, the beach, Hockey and a good book!
